Departures daily from Kasnäs during the summer months. The scenic archipelago route takes about 1 hour. The route is well sheltered, so travel is never affected by the weather.

A great choice for enjoying a varied lunch in the beautiful surroundings of the archipelago.
In midsummer, the guest harbour’s beach bistro is also open – offering casual grilled dishes.

“From Pastureland to National Park”  reveals the island’s hidden secrets – watch and listen as history comes alive and nature unfolds in all its diversity. The 30-minute experience tour offers an impressive look into Örö’s colourful past and fascinating present.

Visit the preserved 12" Obuhov cannon casemate and get a glimpse into Finnish wartime history. Daily visit to the ÖRÖ 12" Obuhov cannon at 3:30 PM.

Cycle Around the Island

During the day, you can also rent a bicycle and ride around the island at your own pace – Örö has over 10 km of artillery and forest trails.

• Örö Barracks Hotel, fully modern hotel rooms built in the old barracks at the 12" barracks area. Two individual beds, tv and bathroom. Size 15m² or 23m².

• ÖRÖ Hårdasnäsets holiday apartments. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, Accommodates 6 people. Size 80m².

• Cabin - Impilinna, 2 room + kitchen and bathroom. Small private garden. Max. 7 pers. Size 55m².
